The warranty and training, etc.
1. The warranty for our water dispensers (drinking water equipment) and water treatment equipment is at least two years. And at the same time, we will also send spare parts, which are equal to 3% of the sales value, along with our machines to you free of charge.

2. Provide training to your engineers free of charge.
You can send your engineers to our factory to study and training. Our experienced technicians will teach your engineers how to operate and maintain our machines.
It's a good way to prolong machines' service life.

3. We can also send our technicians to your factory to install the machines and provide training. However, you have to pay for our technicians' travel costs and other expenses. And we have been doing the installation and testing job for our overseas customers for a long time.

4. Detailed manual books and video CDs, which will show you how to install and maintain the machines, can be provided. The books and CDs are good references for long-run machine maintaining.

5. High quality electrical parts guaranteed the safety operation and high product quality. All electrical parts in our machines are CE or TUV approved. UL or CUL/CSA approved electrical parts could also be provided.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are within J&D's sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by J&D. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment for product may be made by cash, wire transfer (30% in advance, 70% before shipment), letter of credit or some other prearranged payment method.

Orders
Your order will normally be dispatched within 10-15 working days on receipt of your payment. However, please note that shipping time may vary due to manufacture availability. J&D recommends that you email us first to request an exact shipping time prior to placing your order. Please note that if paying by wire transfer, you should allow an extra 3-5 working-day for the payment to clear.
