In 2007, one client sent us an email. The email was simple, he wanted to establish one bottled water production line. After communicating with this client, we learned the clients’ needs. He wanted to establish one semi automatic production for producing bottled water with their own brand. But in Canada, with high labor cost and severe competition in bottled water market, it is hard to get high profit according to this client’ initial needs.

Later on, we did a research on Canada market. Then we found that there were a number of local brand bottled water suppliers in Canada. But these local brand bottled water suppliers did not have their own plants, and they chose to ask other bottled water plants to produce bottled water for them. Then we advised this client to become original equipment manufacturer first and promote their brand at the same time. When we told client this plan and suggested him to negotiate with local brand bottled water suppliers, this client was very satisfied with plan. During the equipment installation process, to help client obtain CSA certification, we invited the engineers certificated in Canada market to instruct the production and design.

From 2009 to 2014, because the local engineers were changed, our after-sales engineers were invited on site twice for equipment maintenance and training.
In 2015, with the increasing demand for capacity, this client contacted us and told us they wanted to establish new production lines. Then we provided clients a great number of suggestions about plant layout and equipment selecting. At last, two new production lines were put into production by the end of 2015.
